    You can apply for a Golden Visa if you are able to submit the following documents:

    • A letter from an investment fund accredited in the UAE confirming the investor has a deposit of AED2,000,000.
    • A valid commercial license or industrial licence and a memorandum of association confirming the investor has capital more than AED2,000,000.
    • A letter from Federal Tax Authority confirming the investor pays the government no less than AED250,000 annually.
    • Proof of medical insurance for the individual and their family (if any).

    Real Estate Investors

    If you own property in Dubai, you may be granted a five year Golden Visa, renewable on the same conditions providing you can:

    • Provide a letter from the land department of the respective emirate stating that you own one or more properties for which the value is not less than AED2,000,000
    • Proof of purchase of a property with a loan from specific local banks approved by the competent local entity.
